US President-elect Donald Trump has announced that he will nominate Florida Congressman Matt Gietz for the post of Attorney General.
Matt will end armed government, protect our nation's borders, wipe out criminal organizations and restore trust and confidence in the department among Americans, Trump said on his social media platform Truth.
Tulsi Gabbard will be the director of national intelligence in the Trump administration. Trump announced the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard for the post of Director of National Intelligence.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump has chosen Marco Rubio as the US Secretary of State. Marco is a Florida state senator.
US President-elect Donald Trump has already announced the names of some key positions to shape his administration. Trump nominated two for the new positions of Attorney General and Director of National Intelligence. If the senators win the vote, they will be appointed to their respective posts.
In a statement about Marco Rubio, Trump said, "Marco is a very dignified leader." He is a very strong voice for freedom. He will be a strong ally to our nation and a good friend to our allies.
Rubio was born in Florida. In past years, he has advocated a strong US foreign policy while respecting US geopolitical rivals including China, Iran, and Cuba.
Rubio will have to face many challenges if he gets the job of Secretary of State. Because, the current world situation is more unstable and dangerous than Trump's first term.
