Israeli emigration has tripled. On Sunday (October 13), the Middle East Monitor reported such information from Israeli media sources.
Israeli media Maariv reported that 40,000 Israelis left the country in the first seven months of this year. That's three times more than at any time before the war. Because earlier, more than two thousand people were leaving the country every month.
About a million Israelis have obtained foreign passports in recent years. They received those passports as an insurance policy for war-torn countries.
Regarding financial transfers abroad, the newspaper reported that Israelis transferred seven billion dollars abroad as deposits in the first seven months.
The newspaper also termed it as 'brain drain'. Because, the immigrants also include doctors, scientists, pharmacists and high-tech specialists. They have been lured by foreign companies with attractive offers.
